Outfitter Donations
If you would like the North Texas Chapter to consider a donation for our 2018 Dinner, Banquet & Auction, please complete the 2018 Donation Form below and return as directed. All proposed donations must be received by April 1, 2018 (preferably before) to be considered for inclusion in our 2018 Dinner, Banquet & Auction held on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at The Worthington Renaissance Hotel in downtown Fort Worth.
All Live Auction donors will receive recognition in our banquet catalog, social media, pre event marketing and on our website throughout the year.

Silent Auction Donations
The North Texas Chapter presents one of the finest Silent Auctions at our annual banquet each year. With over 100 Silent Auction Items on display and a mobile bidding platform for purchase of these items, exposure for our generous donors is greatly increased amongst our membership and attendees. All Silent Auction donors will receive printed recognition with the item display and banquet catalog, on our mobile bidding platform, social media and on our website throughout the year.
